| Auto Check has serviced my car over the past five years! I am always pleased with their service. The mechanics always come to the front to explain what's the problem with my car. I trust them to always tell me only what I need to correct the problem. They never make suggestions for more automotive repair to make more money off me. I love how they offer options to help save cost. They tell me the cost for what I need at the time. They will also let me know of any additional potential problems with the cost. I'm given the option to decide without any pressure the repair work I'd like done. If a repair is quite costly, they have even worked with me to break the cost into a payment arrangement. The owners, office staff and mechanics are all friendly and courteous. I truly convinced the staff at Auto Check always does what's in the best interest of their customers. I love waiting for my vehicle in a nice clean environment. There's always hot fresh coffee and WiFi for your convenience. You wont find a better place to take your vehicle for complete car care! I'm glad I found them! I don't plan to go anywhere else. |

| From the first time I visited, I have been satisfied. My first visit was because the tire pressure on my car was low and I was going to an appointment. The service manager saw that we got immediate service and we were on our way. That is the reason we went back to have some repair work done. We were again treated very well and given a fair and proper estimate. We had the work done and we are totally satisfied with the results. |

| Auto check did a wonderful job! I came in to get a second opinion on my vans a/c and get it fixed before I traveled out of town the next day! Joe was very nice,he told me the van had bigger problems,making it unsafe to drive. It needed a new wheel bearing amount other things! We replaced the bearing,it only took about an hour! When Joe called to tell me my vehicle was ready, he also told me they went ahead and took care of the a/c for me as well. I will definitely bring my van back for the other repairs it needs! Thank you, Auto check for making sure my boys and I were able to get to San Antonio safely! Megan Duncan |

| The vehicle issue was properly identified and repaired. They even caught 3 other issues we were not aware of. The cost was more than I could have paid at my regular shop, but the Auto Check is within walking distance of my house and the professionalism is top notch. |

| Long time customer-6+ at least Good customer service-but no loyalty benefits. Very expensive. Never given any discount options-which i think is important w/ an aging vehicle. Probably stayed longer than I should have. But was convenient for me. Will probably not return unless they are the only option-but only because of cost |
