| The vehicle issue was properly identified and repaired. They even caught 3 other issues we were not aware of. The cost was more than I could have paid at my regular shop, but the Auto Check is within walking distance of my house and the professionalism is top notch. |

| Long time customer-6+ at least Good customer service-but no loyalty benefits. Very expensive. Never given any discount options-which i think is important w/ an aging vehicle. Probably stayed longer than I should have. But was convenient for me. Will probably not return unless they are the only option-but only because of cost |

| They were good and fast especially for the amount of work needed to be done on my car . They said they topped off fluids and checked tire pressure on my paper , but my wiper fluid and tire pressure lights were on after their service |

| Oil & filter change OK. Inspection indicating problem with belt tensioner was bogus according to follow up inspection by Ford dealer. |

| While the group is always friendly, I have brought my Range Rover back twice because after a brake job the brakes still squeaked. This makes me question the competency of the service. Also, every time I bring a vehicle for one kind of work there is always something else found that "needs to be done." |
