Waited over an hour and a half for my oil change. Friendly staff at reception but super-long wait to have oil changed. Too time-consuming and long wait. |

The Work was Pretty Good here far as the mechanic get u in and out. They did my coolant flush and Steven did a great job. But Dustin at the front desk I wouldn?t deal with a straight liar my money was stolen for me and he over charge me and thought it was okay. when I tired to confront him about it he told me I was wrong . Then once I seen what he did ? he said sorry that he only been there for 2 weeks and the Guy Bill give him a hard time and they will fire him then asked me for my cash app afterwards but he never sent me my money. And the next day he decide to send it because he knew he was wrong. I don?t like people that lie to me about something small . And it?s crazy I asked him multiple times be honest person |

Bar none this was the worst car experience I?ve had in my almost 30 years of owning cars across several cities ( and six currently). I categorize this as a ?rob/scam? which I?ve never had to do before. I tell my story to everyone I meet and so far that?s directly convinced a few people to not take their auto work there. The rep most responsible is ?Neville? but I assume that ?Matt? had a hand in it as well. Details: This was for my granted older 2001 bmw 330ci convertible with a lot of miles. The issue was the alternator was not working. However, clearly as I was parking the car the serpentine belt happened to break as I lost power steering. I told the guys this. Next thing I know I?m being charged $160 for the mere visual inspection of the belt being torn. Nothing else inspected, Nothing repaired. And then they told me that I would need to pay $750+ to repair the belt because the tensioner I took out myself had to be done first. (Of course the car was running fine except for why alternator not charging until the belt broke!). This could have been handled differently ? For example, they could have charged a reasonable amount for the quick visual inspection? like $50? and then charged more when something was actually inspected! |

I was very disappointed over my last visit because your Front Desk man "Bill" lied to me "right off my face" !!!!! When my Car was held an extra day he had told me, "Mr. Thomas, they sent wrong screws today, but correct one is comming tomorrow morning. I will knock down $100 from your bill because of this delay". Then next day when I came there he lied off my face. This means "I AM LYING" ? I will never come back there again because of your worst Customer Service man at the Front Desk !!! ****As you know I came here from New Jersey 2 years ago, and since then I have been using you. I had told 2 other family members to use you also !!! Now I regret. Joseph V Thomas, |

The inspection guy broke my wiper and never said a thing. The next day I was driving on the freeway and turned my wipers on and one flew off. I immediately called the shop and the person answering the phone which I assumed was the mngr. Because he never referred me to anyone, said we only lift your wipers sir and we did not break it. After trying to explain no one touched my car but them I just asked are you going to take responsibility? He again tried not to take responsibility. I told him it was only a $20 part and it's good customer service to replace it. He said sorry we only lifted your wiper. So as I went to the nearest parts house to replace it was when I realized the technician lifted up the wiper so hard, he snapped the connector in half. I had a hard time taking the broke piece off which let me know it did not just come a loose. STAY AWAY!! |

I recently visited the shop because the AC on my car stopped working. I reached at 5.30 and they were closing at 6. They said it would cost me $40 to test and see what was wrong. I agreed and they came back in 10 mins and said that everything was good and it looks like electrical issue and they will need another $100 to test to figure out what was wrong and i will need to leave my car. Luckily i had an important meeting to attend the next morning so told them i will come back later. The next day i took it to another shop to get it checked and they said the compressor was out and will need to be replaced. I was confused because Auto check had tested it and said it was fine. So i took it to a 3rd shop and they confirmed that it was the AC compressor too. These guys did not charge me a dime to tell me it was the compressor but Auto check charged me $40 and not even tell me the truth but wanted another $100 for some stupid test. never going back here. |
